Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and intimate nature of our candles and wax melts, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Natural Soy Wax Characteristics
Our candles are made with soy wax, which is a natural product. You may notice:
- Lumpy or uneven surfaces after the wax hardens
- Slight frosting or discoloration on the surface
- Minor variations in color between batches
These are normal characteristics of natural soy wax and do not affect the quality, burn time, or scent throw of your candle. They are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect (such as a wick that won't light, broken container, or missing ingredients), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We'll happily send you a replacement.
